Shelter Ministries

P.A.D.S. (Public Action to Deliver Shelter)
Assist our local shelter for homeless in many ways with the team of parishioners who work at both the 3-season site at St. Walter in Roselle and here at St. Isidore in the Summer. Josie Lunsford, 295-8364.

Transitional Housing
Our parish rents apartments where families who are  homeless or at risk of homelessness can live at no cost while they get back on their feet. The ministry provides mentoring, assistance with job searching, and help with other household management issues. Being a mentors is an especially rewarding ministry for those who participate.
