Calendar

Catechist, Co-Catechist, Substitute Catechist
Share your faith with young people grades pre-school through grade 8. Must be a confirmed, practicing Catholic 18 years of age or older. Teach your own class, teach with a friend, or be a substitute. Training is provided. Classes meet once a week September through April. Meeting days are Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon/evenings, and Saturday mornings. Special Education “Buddy” Catechists
Be a “Buddy” to a student in our special religious education program. This one to one ministry can include Sacramental preparation for Reconciliation, Eucharist, and Confirmation. Coordinated by Certified Special Ed Teachers. For details call the RE Office, 529-9191

Office Volunteer
Checking attendance making phone calls, answering phones, mailings and other office projects. Work during RE class times or on call days year round. Call the RE Office, 529-9191.

Hall & Parking lot Monitors
During RE class times, greet visitors at the main doors, monitor hallways or parking lot for safety, gather attendance folders, make sure cars are parked legally & safely, and run errands for Catechists and office staff. Call RE Office, 529-9191.

Childcare
Care for the young children and infants of Catechists and other Volunteers during class times or for occasional catechist and parent meetings during the year. Childcare volunteers may bring their own children. Call the RE Office to get details, 529-9191.

Camp St. Isidore
One week Summer experience for children preschool through fifth grade (ages 4-11), usually held the last week of June. Serve as an adult camp leader or youth volunteer (ages 12-17).
